A.L+2",W+2",(D 48+1/2 width = 21=69) 98 x 44 x 69 x 1.5 mil. The mil.thickness for a dust cover should be 1 to 1 _ mils. thick.
Q.What is the difference between blown and cast stretch film?
A.In the process of blown stretch film a large polyethylene bubble is blown into the air, then cooled, wound and slit onto rolls. Cast stretch film is extruded through horizontal dies, flat sheets, slit and put onto rolls.
Q.What is a monolayered bag?
A.This bag has one layer of film. What is a coextruded bag? This bag has 2 layers of film.
Q.How do you figure the weight of a bag?
A.For instance a Gaylord that is 96 x 55 x 65 2mil. You would add the 96 and 55 to get 151 times the depth of 65 = 9815 x the thickness of 2 mil. 9815 x 2 = 19,630 divided by a constant factor of 15 = 1308.67 lbs./1000.
